How long does the recruiting process take?

The process of candidate search and placement usually takes about 2-3 weeks. For CTO and Tech Lead roles, this may take longer.

We source our candidates mostly from Eastern Europe, in particular from Belarus and Russia.
We also source for specialists in such countries as Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan - the most technologically advanced countries of the ex-Soviet Union.

How can I qualify the candidates?
IT SELECTION WORLD:
We conduct ourselves the first screening interviews. For most of the roles we have an established assessment to qualify the necessary skills. Next, we work with you to create an assessment process to test the candidate's specific skills. The technical interview usually takes place on the part of the Customer, but if the company does not have internal expertise, then we can provide technical experts on the required technology from our side.
This way, you get the best candidates for the final job interview.
